What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “Similar technologies” includes things like your browser's sessionStorage, which can hold information for a single visit. We use only a small number of these, described below.
Necessary technologies
Some technologies are needed for the site to work. A first-party cookie remembers your cookie and analytics choice, and another remembers your language. While you fill in a form, your entries are kept as a draft in your browser’s sessionStorage — which is not a cookie and is cleared when the visit ends or the request is sent. None of this is used for advertising.
Analytics cookies
If — and only if — you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies (commonly _ga and a _ga_ cookie tied to the measurement configuration) to measure page views and basic interactions. Nothing loads and no analytics cookie is set until you give permission, and advertising and remarketing are never enabled.
How to change your preferences
You can change your analytics choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” control in the site footer. Turning analytics off stops further analytics events, and Google Analytics' own cookies are cleared on a best-effort basis. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services
Google Analytics (analytics) and EmailJS (form delivery) are independent third-party services, each with its own terms. They are used at different moments: analytics only after you consent, and EmailJS only when you submit one of the forms. Using the forms does not require analytics consent.
How long cookies are kept
The consent cookie is kept for up to 180 days by default, a technical setting that can change. Google Analytics cookies use Google's own durations (commonly up to two years, though browsers often cap first-party cookies at around 13 months). Exact durations are set by Google and may change.

As the site develops, this page may be updated to keep it accurate. When the technologies we use change, the description here changes with them.
