Privacy

Norvane privacy notice.

This page explains, in plain language, how the information you share on the Norvane website is used. The sections below reflect the current setup and may be updated as the site evolves.

Information you share in the forms

The information you share in the project-request and intro-call-request forms is used only to assess your request and to contact you. The call request also passes on your preferred time windows and your time zone. We do not sell it to third parties for advertising or marketing.

Email delivery

When you submit either form, your information is delivered to us as an email through EmailJS, a third-party email-delivery service. This transmission happens only at the moment you submit the form.

Draft storage

While you fill in a form, your entries are kept as a draft on your device (sessionStorage) for this browser session only. Each form has its own draft. Closing the tab deletes them, and they are also cleared once your request has been sent successfully.

Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you allow it in the cookie banner. It measures basic page views and interactions to help us understand how the site is used; it is not used for advertising or remarketing, and the personal details you enter in the project form are never sent to it. You can withdraw permission at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” control in the footer — future analytics events then stop, and the known Google Analytics cookies are cleared on a best-effort basis.

Third-party services

EmailJS is an independent service with its own terms. We use it only when you submit one of the forms.
